Error creating new account

Went to add a new account under a panel and got this error message:  “<strong id=”lblAjaxErrorMessage” class=”alert-danger”>Unable to display the shield status icon because it has not been properly configured”?

I will ask the web devs to look at the error log and see what might be the issue.

Keith – Can you please capture a screen shot of where you are seeing this error message and email it to me. We looked into this and are having trouble recreating the issue, we are hoping the screen shot will provide some additional details.
