How do I entered task rules?

In RP2, how do enter task rules?  I want to create subroutines to simplfy task rules.

In ElkRP2 under Task you assign a Name to the Task  — For Example Water The Lawn (Task 1)

 

Under Rules:

Whenever Water The Lawn (Task 1) Is Activated

Then TURN OUTPUT 09 on for 30 Minutes

Then TURN OUTPUT 10 ON for 30 Minutes

Then TURN OUTPUT 11 ON for 30 Minutes

 

Whenever the Time is 8:00 AM

And the Days of the Week Is/Are _M_W_F_

Then Activate Water The Lawn (Task 1)

 

 

Whenever the Time is 10:00 PM

And the Days of the Week Is/Are S_ _ _ _ _S

Then Activate Water The Lawn (Task 1)
