Thankyou guys for finally giving us a modern looking touchscreen for the elk.
Big props to you guys i absolutely love it and i’m sure other customers will as well.Only one thing i could ask for if possible – please add additional Chimes for the zone violations – maybe even chimes that are specific to zone types (front door could have a different chime sound than the back door)
either way, this thing is awesome and i love you guys!
Can’t keep 7TS connected to M1 via M1XEP. Switched from connecting via WiFi to Elk adaptor w/POE. Same results. Frustrating to have to login, especially when disarming the system. My customer is looking for answers!

What is the firmware in the M1XEP. Your M1XEP should be running 2.0.48 or later and the 7TS should be running version 1.0.398. To check the firmware on the 7TS click the Menu icon in upper left hand corner and click about. To check for Updates click Menu, Installer Settings and if one is available click Update.
