M1 Support Forum M1 to Go will NOT log in

      New install of M1 to Go with Windows 11 PC.  ELK RP2 works fine.  PC can ping panel, but M1 to Go will not connect.  Displays error Could not Establish Connection – Check Network Connection.  Panel and PC are on same subnet.  Neither Secure nor Non Secure modes will connect.  M1 to Go is version V1.0.10.0.  M1 Gold panel is new with latest software.

        Check you M1ToGo version again the current is 1.0.16.0 https://www.elkproducts.com/elkdoc/m1togo-v-1-0-16/ Also make sure the M1XEP is running 2.0.51 firmware
