Hi everyone. Suddenly, my M1XEP started to misbehave. The M1 keypad displays “ethernet failure”, but it would come and go. Now, it’s a constant keypad message. Upon inspecting the M1XEP itself, the orange power LED is blinking slowly. Actually, it’s on for about 3/4 of a second, off for 1/4 of a second, repeat. It’s like it is in a stuck state of constantly rebooting.
Do I need to buy a replacement M1XEP? Or can it be repaired? Is the power transformer faulty? Any other ideas?
