› M1 Support Forum › More than 99 users?

      I have a customer where the M1G would be a great fit but they need capability of more than 99 users. Is there any hope in the future that the firmware would be expanded, or some alternative solution would become available?

        The M1 supports up to **199 Users**. Beyond 199 Users you may want to consider Connect One <https://www.elkproducts.com/m1-integration-partners/connect-one&gt; and their Cloud based Automation Software to expand the capabilities of the M1 System.
