I have been using my M1 along with X-10 lighting now for 25 years. Very few problems until today. My PSC05 X-10 interface just quit working. Luckily I had a replacement available but I am not sure how long it will last since is is also 25 years old. I understand the PSC05 is no longer made, as well as the TW523 it replaced, and as well as the XTB-523. What are my opti0ns? I hate to have to upgrade to UPB or Zwave, etc. since I have a very large installed base which has worked quite well for many years. Even e-bay has nothing available.
Can the M1XSP be used in UPB mode? How is it connected to the 120VAC power line?
Any other ideas?
