Created a new panel and subscription for new location, but the email link to complete the master user account was diverted to spam due to client’s high security filters. By the time we found it, the link was no longer valid:

Unfortunately, I don’t think I know how to do this. How do I generate a new link? Complicating this is the fact that this was the initial original account subscription holder when the panel was first powered up and commissioned (the Master User?). We can’t even get into the User and Notifications setup in the first place. I can access the panel, but as the installer, I see a different screen, not the user’s setup.
