      Created a new panel and subscription for new location, but the email link to complete the master user account was diverted to spam due to client’s high security filters.  By the time we found it, the link was no longer valid:

      The link you’re using is not valid or has expired. Please have your admin generate a new link for ‘AccountConfirmation’ purposes.

      Unfortunately, I don’t think I know how to do this.  How do I generate a new link?  Complicating this is the fact that this was the initial original account subscription holder when the panel was first powered up and commissioned (the Master User?).  We can’t even get into the User and Notifications setup in the first place.  I can access the panel, but as the installer, I see a different screen, not the user’s setup.

        The new user link is the password reset link, you can go to https://www.elkconnect.com/Login/ForgotPassword.aspx and enter the email address of the user, it will send them a new link.

        There is a pending request to the web team to add a button in the portal to allow you to just click to resend. I will try to get an update on where that is in the development schedule.
