The RP2 program is not opening after downloading some updates. It wants to download M1XP, I check that to do the download, downloads it then does not finish opening. I have restarted my machine twice.

Please try ignoring the updates or turn off “Check Updates every time ElkRP is started” — click Setup, Options, Updates and un-check the option
