I dont at the moment. But i did find a microSD card. 16gb transcend or a 32gb lexar. Can i format in the panel if i plug it in? no idea whats on the card but i can erase it if there is a way on the panel. I have no ability to format via a computer, no way to plug it in.

I plugged in the new 32gb on panel SN 100267233.

We can support up to a 32gig card. The debug files are extremely small. The panel will not format it, but most are in a format we are ok with (FAT32). That said, if you do not have a laptop or means to read the card it will be an issue sharing the files from the card.

If you were able to access the information on the card. After inserting the card, you would just enable SD Card and SD Card Debugging in System Settings. Than just operate the system for a few mins from the screen. Then remove the card and copy the debug file and send it to us. We can look it over from there. Note if you remove the card, it generates a SDCard trouble condition until it is disabled in System Settings.

But this would depend on a way to read the SD Card as I wouldn’t want to ask you to send us the whole card.

Also, have you rebooted the screen that is giving you an issue?

I have rebooted the screen many times, and also re “saved” it under network installer settings in the app. The PoE ones work great and in sync, the Wifi one just doesnt poll correctly. It will stay saying ready when ive already armed the system on the poe panels, or saying stay when ive already disarmed the system on the poe panels. On the wifi panel, If i click zones and then back home page, it will refresh the polling and show the proper status. But it wont automatically stay in sync

Let me see if I can read the SD Card with a device. Not sure i have a port for that. Ill check

I was able to find an old laptop that has an SD slot. I will start debugging.

Mac is 37-DD.

Okay so i put the SD card in, and the wifi panel wouldnt stay synced. However I realized i didnt format it to FAT32 so i got no logs. I reformated SD to FAT32 and then reinstalled card. Then resaved settings and now its staying in sync… First time in 2 weeks its in sync. Ill keep the SD card in incase it wonders off again. But check the cloud file and see if anything shows odd?

Ha.. Welcome to our world of debugging. As soon as you think your going to catch it in the act, it decides work as intended.

When is a stable revision available to download. It does not seem to work still, its almost unusable, this panel still: spins on the home screen constantly, requiring a power cycle to work. This is connected over wifi. Also If I disarm a system and then want to arm again right away I receive an error. “failed to change arm data” Error code 11015. The hissing is sill there on the touchscreen, its slow to respond to touches. I understand that the sounds are coming but when might we expect a working version. Right now if they are only stable with poe devices, perhaps the POE device should come with the touchscreen. Thx
