Arming By Only Entering User Code

Hi,

Every system that I set up, entering a valid user code when the system is ready in the Navigator keypad, arms the system.  On my current install, that doesn’t work and I can’t figure out why?  I enter a valid code, the asterisk show when I’m entering the code, but then nothing happens.  Just a little clock spinning at the top left corner of the screen for a few seconds.

I can arm the system by pressing Away, but I like the ability to enter the code to arm.  Must be a setting that I’m unaware of?  I’ve searched through what I believe to be every menu in RP, but to no avail

In ElkRP2 under Users for this User make sure “Access” and “Temporary Code” are not checked. From the M1KP Navigator keypad click Menu, click Next Page , click Synchronize and Start. Once the Synchronize is complete then try entering the Code to Arm the system

Thank you Brad.  I’ll try that.  Am I able to Synchronize via RP?  Or I must be on-site from keypad?

The M1KPNAV Synchronization has to be done at each M1KPNAV keypad
