Has anyone else had issues installing C1M1’s in the last 3 weeks? 6 out of the last 7 we have tried to install show 0 bars and won’t communicate, 3 of them have been replaced under warranty and those 3 new ones don’t work as well. Apparently there’s a known issue with Verizon causing communication issues? Starting to get frustrated as we’re not able to complete installs due to this.
I have a Verizon C1M1 that locks up after a period of time, and fails to communicate over cell and Ethernet. The C1M1 displays the respective error codes, and won’t communicate. The Ethernet light even blinks showing traffic. The only way I have been able to reset it, is to connect ELKRP2 to the C1M1 and “locaate” the C1M1. As soon as this is done, the unit works for a while.

Mark – I would suggest you update to the newest firmware we have posted. We have updated the network stability and robustness of the firmware in the last few updates.
