I’m trying to setup a new M1 Gold system with two keypads (M1KPB) attached using an M1DBH. One keypad is set to address 1, and the other address 2. I have the rj45 jumper in the next available jack (J3). When keypad with address 1 is in the first jack (J1) and other keypad in J2 both light up and when I try to enroll the 2nd keypad, it fails to detect the 2nd keypad. If I swap addresses on the keypads and swap them on the jacks, the keypad that was address 2 now allows me to attempt an enrollment, which again fails.
Am I doing something wrong, or can the M1DBH be defective? When I look at my other working system, I notice that the DBH has a resister on JP1, but on the one I’m having an issue with, it looks like it is just a wire.
Any help is welcome.
Thanks
