CS Communication

I’m getting Fail to Comm, IP Path Fault and IP Test Fail when I setup the CS Reporting, Im using the same settings what i use for M1, with the only difference being that in M1 I have an option of Receiver type and Number and Line, in E27 I have DNIS, (Dont know what that is.)

Can anyone help?

The E27 is only capable of utilizing a Surgard reciever and Contact ID as the communication format. Please confirm the CS reciever your attempting to connect with is a capable of these formats.

The DNIS is optional and not a requirement for the communication. It just allows for additional account identification if needed.
