I have two 319KF4’s and one refuses to be recognized by the panel. Config is correct, I tried using a new zone, red LED does come on, but nothing happens when I arm/disarm. Whereas the other does work as expected.
It’s a year and two weeks old, and I have tried a new battery.
Any troubleshooting I can try? Or can you confirm the warranty period? I bought via an approved retail reseller.
The 319KF4 have a 2-Year Warranty from Date of Manufacture. If the unit has failed please reach out to your Distributor to make arrangements for returning the wireless key fob
