We are getting a Fire Trouble Alarm (E016A1) and Failure to Communicate (00101) Alarm about once a day. Until recently it was happening about once a month. This was a second home for the owners before us but we are here full time so we do not have external monitoring. When I checked System Status I saw a zone 16 fire trouble indication. The second time I checked it said normal. What do I need to do to troubleshoot?
