On the M1G, I’m trying to figure out if there is any way to create a chain of Telephone Voice Dialer automation rules that dials one telephone number after another until one responds?

There is the ability to set up one number as a backup telephone which will get called if the primary number fails, but is there any creative way to create an automation rule that can trigger additional telephone numbers if the backup fails?

Alternatively, is there any way to identify if the dial’ed phone call was successful or failed?

      Thanks,
      Eric

The “THEN Dial and Speak” rule feature is intended for Automation purposes and should be used as a primary means of notification for critical or life safety events. For critical or life safety events allow the M1 to communicate to a Central Monitoring Service and allow the Central Monitoring to dispatch the proper authorities or provide notifications. It is possible to create a Rule with multiple THEN Dial and Speak statements and the M1 will dial each on to try and deliver the message but once the process has started it will try each one regardless if the prior message is received.
