Looking to expand beyond hard wired, what’s the best wireless solution?

I see that there are two primary choices.

1 – 319Mhz one way

2 – Elk two way

I’m primarily adding window contacts and a few glass breaks.   7 windows and two glass breaks.

All my door contacts, smokes and motion sensors are all hard wired.

While I want best security, I’m also looking at cost too.    Which of the two methods is best balance of security/cost to implement?

recommendations/suggestions solicited.
