      • How do we custom selected zones for tone and/or voice?
      • How do we enable voice on a specific zone – e.g, Garage Door, when the zone is breached?

      We want to use the software from the laptop.

        In the ELKRP2 Software under Zone (Inputs) you will assign the Voice Description and under Zone Attributes check Chime. At the keypad when you press the Chime button it will allow you have Chime = OFF, Chime with Tone, Chime = Voice or Chime = Tone/Voice.

          Also, can voice come through the keypad?

          Or, can you connect a speaker to a keypad to get voice?

            The Voice and Interior siren sounds are produced through Output 1 only.

              Thank you.

              We have 1 location where we are unable to get wires back to the panel to connect a speaker.

              What alternatives do we have to connection a speaker at this remote location of the house?
