I have a client having issues with M1 Cloud App not showing state of output on function keys.
It was recommend by Australian support (Ness) to update firmware on M1XEP to latest to try resolve the issue.
Updated M1XEP firmware on 06/11/24 and have not been able to connect M1 to cloud after update.
In M1XEP settings there is no longer a M1Cloud Account ID shown and when I click to “Obtain Account ID” RP2 application crashes.
I am not sure if after firmware update it should have remembered the Account ID or not. I don’t remember seeing any documentation about having to re-activate after the update.
I called Australian support again and they tell me that ELK M1 Cloud configuration server is down, with unknown resolution time.
Is the the M1 Cloud server still down? When will this be resolved?
Is there some other way to get my clients M1 talking to the M1 phone app again.
