Customer will be self-monitoring and not using a centralized service, so “CS Reporting” has been disabled and all report categories cleared. But I’m still getting an “E.08” displayed on the Diagnostic LED.
Yes, there’s no CS configured, but that’s intentional. Is there another parameter I failed to set that indicates the lack is intentional? Or is that supposed to display?
The E08 on the seven segment display is intentional if you do not have CS configured. This will not sound any beeps or report any troubles on the app or keypads, this is only an reminder indication to the installer on the main control that it is not configured for CS. It is ok to leave it displayed if your choosing to not have it monitored.
