Alarm Engine Support Forum Odd Phone setting behavior

      Went to check user contact info for notifications.  One of my users clearly has the phone numbered entered (always has been), but the system is saying Phone “Not set” in contact information box?

      PS tried to embed a picture here, but not sure what to put in “source” box (I expected a standard windows explorer window for selecting files).

        Keith,

        I assume this is also related to the phone number management issues noted in the other post. I will have better understanding of this tomorrow after my meeting with the web team.
