Are any installer features blocked when the system is armed? For example, I was trying to create a task via my phone, but it wouldn’t let me. It was just the initial assigning of a name, but I could not save it, got an error message when tried to save. Error message said: “Error Code: -1, Failed to perform action”. The only thing I can think of that might be causing interference is that the system happened to be armed at the time.

The panel will prevent any configuration changes while armed. This is a security measure that prevents a change when the system is in “use”. This is a common practice with security alarms to prevent unwanted alarms due to configuration changes.
Additionally, an installer’s pin will only disarm a system that has been armed by the installer pin.
