I don’t see any action in the rules for sending custom notifications. M1 had messages in the EXP which were reflected in rules by the action “Send email mesage # to email #”. Is this still in the works? There’s a lot of powerful automation and connectivity here (esp. with Z-wave), but it needs to be able to commnuciate events to the outside world.

We will be adding the ability to provide notifications for custom events on the system. Currently it is only supported for Arming events, Trouble events, and Alarm Events. This is on the list of items that we are implementing in control and in the cloud.
