Is there a way to set a static IP on the controller or is DHCP the only option?
In some cases I can set or have a static DHCP reservation set.

At this this the E27 just supports DHCP. We are in the process of developing the network settings section in the ElkConnect app, this will allow access to the panel’s network configuration settings. When we release this in the app, the static IP and other network parameters will be able to be configured.
No specific release date for that app update at the moment, but it is in progress.
