Temperature warning

Can the displayed temperature on a keypad be used in a rule to email me if it goes below a certain level?

Since Google bought Nest they have removed the 3rd party interface to the tstat. In the past, my home automation system emailed me the temperature from my remote site when it got too cold.  I was able to contact a service company to repair the boiler  and saved the place form freezing.

Yes, the rule will be based upon time:

Whenever Every 15 Minutes

AND the Temperate on Keypad #1 (M1KP and M1KPB have internal temp sensors) is Greater Than xx

Then ……

 

Whenever Every 15 Minutes

And The Temperature on Keypad #1 is Less Than xx

Then ….
