Unable to Print from ElkRP Ver 2.0.40

Hello,

I am running with ElkRP version 2.0.40 on a Windows 10 PC. In the past while running an older version I was able to print, but not with this version.

When I attempt to print anything I see an error message:

“Unhanded exception has occurred in your application.” Could not load file or assembly “CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms, Version=10.5.3.3700.0. Culture=neutral.

Public Key Token=692fbea5521e1304 or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

 

Does anyone know what this means? How can I resolve this missing file issue?

Run a Repair on the software — Under Windows Add/Remove Programs, select RP, select Remove at which point you should be prompted to Remove, Modify or Repair — Select “Repair”. Once the Repair is complete reboot your PC and try again.

Brad, thanks for the quick response.

Unfortunately, the repair didn’t work. I saw the same error.

I just did an uninstall and then reinstalled the app. Everything is now working.
