A few weeks ago, one of the voice outputs began to truncate after 2 (of 3 words).  Then it became shorter (after one word).  Other voice combinations on other zones still worked perfectly.  Figured I would just resend the entire configuration to the system after a cold reboot.  Now none of the voice outputs say anything.  “Send and Say”, no output.  GlobalNo differences were detected by RP either prior to sending the entire build.  I suspect the A/D converter element of the CPU has died.  G20-25 are all on.  Chime set to Chime+Voice.  Suggestions?  Repair process?  Just replace entire board?

Disconnect the speaker connected to Output 1 and measure the resistance to make sure it is 4Ω Ohms or higher. Do you have another speaker you can connect to Output 1?

          Brad,

Apologies for the late reply.  Was just a blown speaker.  With voice messages set to volume level 7, the small ELK speakers are probably at their limit and won’t live forever.   Replaced with a conventional 80w capable 8 ohm device and all good.

          Thank you.
