ZWAVE Lock problem

Hi, I have a situation with my ZWAVE lock, it was working perfectly but not it stop working. When I use the Levinton RF+ Installer tool it works. I can unlock and lock. The Node for this device is 10 and the Controller its # 3

 

When I go to the ERP Tool, I cant make it work. In the Automation – lighting I have in port 10 as Serial Expander and type Other.

And in the rules, U cant go more than 7 in the port.

 

What can I do?

From the ELK keypad Menu 1-View/Control Automation Fncts, 2-Lighting you’re able to control the ZWave Lock? From the Leviton Software Re-Associate the Leviton VRCOP and then Power Cycle the ELK M1XSLZW. After the M1XLZW Status LED returns to a normal blink pattern try your rules again.

I cant able to control from the keypad. I did re-associate the levinton VRCOP and power off the M1XSLZW ( had to turn off all the M1) and disconnected VRCOP.

These are my settings in the Levinton VIZIA

CONTROLLER (3)

LOCK (10)

This works fine.

in the M1 RP

Automation: lighting:

DEVICE 3 – FORMAT: standard – Type: OTHER

DEVICE 10 – FORMAT: SERIAL EXPANDER – TYPE: OTHER

the lights works fine.

Please let me know if I need to do anything.

The ZWave Locks are not a Light device but instead you have to create the special Text Strings —- refer to page 12 of the M1XSLZW Installation Manual for additional details
