Connects directly to a system through your computer’s serial port and a serial cable or USB to serial converter. Options include:
- PC Serial or USB Serial Converter TO Device
- PC USB Port to Device USB (if Available)
The serial port for direct connections must be selected in the Setup menu.
To connect directly to a system, attach one end of a serial/USB cable to your computer port and attach the other end to the RS-232 connector on the system’s main unit or USB port on the C1M1. Open the account you are connecting to, then select this command.
