If no account is open, creates a new account (this icon is a shortcut to the New Account command in the File menu). If an account is already open, it creates a new item (user, zone, etc) in the account. To create a new item, select the item type in the left pane, then click the New icon. Enter the amount of items of this type to create and the number of the first one. Select whether to create it (them) using custom defined values or using values copied from a similar item in the account.
