Sends the entire contents of the currently open account to the system. ElkRP must be connected to the system. Every programmable item (user codes, zone definitions, communicator codes, etc.) is sent from the database to the system and programmed in the system. This has historically been called a “full download.” This command does not send the date/time nor firmware updates. It does not allow you to arm/disarm the system, bypass zones, or activate outputs.
If an error occurs while sending, ElkRP will tell you what the error was, then will resume sending the rest of the data if possible.
